What Does "No Win No Fee" Mean?

Our No Win No Fee policy means exactly what it says:
You don’t pay any legal fees unless your case is successful.
This removes financial risk from the process, allowing you to focus on recovery - not expenses.

We only charge legal fees after a successful outcome, and even then, we go beyond industry standards to keep our services accessible.

We Cap Legal Fees at Just 10% for Serious Injury Cases

 

While many firms may take up to half of your settlement, we take a different approach. For serious injury matters, we cap our legal fees at only 10% of your net settlement - leaving you with more of the compensation you deserve.

This is well below the legal maximum allowed in many states and reflects our commitment to putting your wellbeing first.

How Your Settlement Works

To make things simple, here’s how your compensation is calculated and how fees are applied:

  • Gross Settlement Amount (E): The total compensation awarded to you

  • Statutory Refunds (R): Repayments owed to government bodies, like Medicare or Centrelink

  • Disbursements (D): Expenses incurred during your case, such as medical reports and court fees

Industry Standard Example (QLD 50/50 Rule)

Legal Fees = (E - [R + D]) × 0.5
